Early Morning Gym Sesh

💕 I have a full time job and I go to school, so when I know it’s going to be a busy day and I won’t have the evenings to myself I work out in the morning from 5-6.

☀️ Exercising in the morning increases alertness and wakes the body up! I always feel like I have the best days when I work out in the morning. 👟

Set your alarm, lay out your workout gear near your bed, get your water and shakes prepped the night before and you are ready to roll out of bed, brush your teeth and get straight to the gym! 👌
